Can someone please tell me what this is?
I found it in a box of parts for my '69 cutlass 's' and i have no idea what it is. Please help?

it looks like a retainer screw to hold the spare tire and or jack in place.

Those are air cleaner hold downs. Exact ones came on my BG air filters. Now you know why I got rid of them
