Can anyone recommend a cover for my Cutlass?

I keep it under a carport, but It still gets rain on the front and rear sometimes, so I'm guessing I need a semi-porous one that lets water evaporate. And what do I do about the antenna? Do I have to remove it whenever I put the cover on? I cut a hole in the last cover I put on the car for the antenna, but the wind blew the cover off and ripped the antenna off.

I like California Car Covers. They make all types. You need to tie them down if outside, and I also take them off ,if I know a real strong wind is coming.

I didn't have much luck covering a car for weather. There was a threat of a hail storm and the car wasn't running so I covered it with furniture blankets first and then plastic and then plywood. Somehow the water got through the plastic and got the blankets wet and it damaged the clear coat on the car.

The antenna you might consider installing a power antenna so it retracts when not in use.

I bought one of the ultimate shield units. It has been outside for almost 2 years and so far, so good.

I'll second the california car cover brand. I've had one for at least ten years. It fits well, and has held up to the usual abuse I give things. I believe it is made of Kimberly-Clark "storm weave" material and was priced in the middle of their product line up. It is not immune to mice though.

Over the years I have had 3 of them. Spring through fall, my Cutlass is outside and their 4 ply fleece lined covers are inexpensive and really work well. Their life-time warranty can't be beat either. Four years ago my cover developed a small tear where the side mirror is. When I called them, they asked that I e-mail them a picture. After I did, they sent me a new one right away at no cost (even free shipping). Total time from me finding the tear to receiving the new cover was less than a week.

don't buy a cheap one, the wind will make it move a bit as the months go by and you'll end up with paint damage / scarring from the "tarp" being blown a bit and rubbing on the paint.
