As far as the body tag, here goes. Not guaranteed to be 100% correct.
19L and 19T are the lower and upper body colors, and 19 = ebony black
Some of the top row characters mean the same as on the VIN.
ST 76 = 1976 model
3 = Oldsmobile division (same as VIN)
A = A-body Oldsmobile (H body = Starfire, X body = Omega, B body = Delta 88 or Custom Cruiser, C body = Ninety-Eight, E body = Toronado)
J = Cutlass Supreme (same as VIN)
57 = body style = 2-door hardtop (same as VIN)
R = Arlington assembly plant (same as VIN)
09E = production date = 5th week (E) of September (09), which would be September 1975
040837 = Fisher Body sequence number, not decipherable that I know of
TR 19W = black interior (19), vinyl fabric (W)
AM6 = ? (might be 60/40 split front seat with center armrest, but this is from a different model year and might not apply to 1976. My '78 Toronado has the same code, and the car does have a split front seat.)
