Blower Control 1972 Cutlass
Good morning guys. The blower for my heat and air conditioning has stopped working. I've been troubleshooting and wanted to see if I had missed anything. I checked the fuse at the fuse block and it is good. I jumpered from positive of the battery to the purple wire that goes to the blower motor from the relay and the blower motor runs. But, I do not have power on the black and orange wire that comes from the control to the relay when I have the speed switch and master control on (key is on also). Since the fuse at the fuse block is good and I have no power coming from a blower speed switch, I assume the problem is with the speed switch or master switch. Am I missing anything?
If it is the switch, how do you remove it?
Thanks in advance.

The switch has a connector held to the faceplate by (2) 1/4" screws from behind. You have to remove the **** on the end of the switch lever first. There's a small Allen screw on the side to do that.
