Im sorry, but this site looks too much like the fake T-shirt sellers that are all over Facebook.
Has anybody actually bought and recieved an item.
I see no address, phone number or location provided

There are so many of these dropship sites out there, mostly originating from overseas, setup to let people upload their "own" (stolen, usually) designs then offer them for sale and they'll get a couple bucks from each one sold. Apart from the questionable reliability of the sites, common complaints are the thin or poor quality nature of the shirts.
If you see a design you like, or along those lines, but aren't able to find one for sale locally your best bet is to find or come up with the design or concept, then find a local TShirt company and get them to make you one or some. The most economical way to create a multi colour design in low quantity like one or two shirts is to find someone who offers either DTF (direct to film) or DTG (direct to garment) printing. The small home based businesses are often your best source for this sort of thing.
That gives you complete control to get what you want, even a photo of your own car, on the garment you want...brands like Gildan, M&O, ATC, etc.
These are all services I offer my customers, but I'm located in Canada and don't have export licenses to sell products outside my area.
One of my favorite managers, when my colleague was retiring and I was transferring back to my old department, arranged for his wife to make us a T shirt apiece using those methods.
Mine was "I'm an engineer; to save time, let's assume that I'm never wrong," and Duane's was: "I'm an engineer; your opinion matters, just not to me."
