Back in the game

Look what I brought home today. A 1983 Master Oldsmobile. Reported to be 1 of 2 made. Very few hearses were made off the 98 chassis. Hell not many made off of Oldsmobiles in general.

I love the lines of this car. I am glad and very lucky to be able to save it. I love the lines of this coach. Lots to do but it will get there.

Looking at your car made me shiver...thankfully that flaming skull pic warmed me back up.. That is a very unique automobile. what are your plans for it?

Looks like you got yourself a unique project... Any major plans laid out yet??? I might still have some NOS front grille pieces available...

I plan on putting it back to mostly stock. I am going to dress a 350 up to look like a 307. Lots of work but nothing terribly hard.

Cool, do you still have your wagon? I always thought they were cool but just to creepy, all the dead people that went for a ride.

Interesting project. Which way are you going with it, stock or the Animal house deathmobile direction?

The wagon is long gone sad to say. Well here is how I look at it. They were all someones loved one. So not really creepy to me.

Totally stock considering how rare this one is. Only 1 of 2 made. Than and Olds hearses are rare by themselves let alone ones made from 98's

That car should be easy to get parts for as it looks like the rear tail lights/ bumper/rear doors, etc are all stock 98. Pretty cool! I like your other hearses also. There is a 1970 Olds 98 Hearse in front of a Halloween spook house as a prop around me- not a driver- no engine (I checked). Keep us informed on your journey with this!!
