Very nice, looking forward to seeing the current market demand. As an aside, Troy's name is spelled "Thornton".

So Thornton didn't do the restoration, they're just flipping it?

they detailed it for the auction (cleaned it up or whatever). the owner of it also owns the red 67 (that they built) being auctioned as well, so it's hitchin a ride on the transport with the rest of the cars.

I was watching this when that 68 Hurst came on the block and the narrators were talking about this new book called Hurst Equipped. They said theres an interview with 2 workers from the Lansing plant, they said that the 68-69 Hursts had the 455s installed at the Lansing plant. Did anybody catch that or is this old news.

I wouldn't say "old" news but that has up to recently been questioned often. Many folks assumed they were installed at Demmer but the cars did come with the 455s already in them.
