B Body Posi Carrier ID

I have a line on a B Body Posi Carrier for sale.
Owner says he thinks it came out of a 70 Delta.
Only numbers he sees is "250".
Can anyone ID this?

Can you get a picture of it to post? Does he have the whole rear end still? If it has the 12" brake drums its the 9.3" rear end. That's what was under my 1970 Delta 88. John
