I've know Craig (Mobileparts) for a while. He has a large stash of NORS parts. He has an incredible database of part numbers. He usually has the best prices around.

Engine, front end, bushings, ie: most mechanical parts, but no trim afaik.
I'm ordering everything for my '69 350's valve job. Prices are good and he can generally provide all US made NORS parts from a networks of old-time parts stores he's developed. He prefers to operate via phone, the phone # is 516 485 1935 for inquiries.

He goes by member Mobileparts on here. The best way to contact him is by phone. Sells a lot of steering, suspension, brake, and other mechanical parts.

Craig goes around buying stocks of NORS replacement parts. Old Moog, TRW, McQuay-Norris, Wagner, Raybestos, etc. Sometimes he gets NOS GM stuff, but mostly it's old US-made replacement parts that have been sitting on a shelf in a warehouse for decades. Primarily engine, suspension, and brake parts. He was able to hook me up with NORS upper ball joints and idler arm for my 67 Delta, for example. Those parts are unobtainium these days.

Actually, the miracle was the indirect one - those NOS front rotors that I bought from a local seller, and HE had gotten them from you.

While I was typing out my question inquiring what NORS parts are you were answering my question.

NORS just means New Old Replacement Stock ie: old aftermarket parts.
Whereas NOS usually means New Old Stock ie vintage OEM (GM) parts.

I was lucky to stumble across Craig on here, and he's come across with all the right parts for my '69 Cutlass valve job.
It's a bloody shame this stuff is no longer made here where it should be, but at least those of us who don't want to take a chance with putting Chinese crap parts on our babies can still get some good stuff.

True that, and I'd imagine that perhaps many "Hecho in Mexico" parts are good too for some newer parts, as the factories are generally still owned and controlled by US companies like Moog, Raybestos, etc. They get the benefit of much the lower labor cost but the materials and procedures are the same. As for China, I can't trust a country that does stuff like putting adulterants in baby formula... unbelievable.
