Anyone interested in a '74 H/O?

A friend of my brother-in-law's told me last night he knew of a 'Hurs/Olds' that was for sale a couple of miles from his house. He started off by saying 'I think it's a '67' so I asked 'is it silver or white?' He says 'white - and it's got the 454'. He's not much of a car guy but I was definitely asking questions at this point. An old timer lived near him and bought this car new. Supposedly took good care of it but he took it off the road 'several years ago - maybe 10'. He recently passed away and his family is gonna sell the car.
He gave me directions to where it's parked and I took a trip out there this morning thinking I'm gonna get a first look at a '69. Fat chance. I only saw the *** end sticking out of an open garage but it's clearly a mid-'70's model. Based on the hockey shaped stripe on the quarter, I'd say it's a '74. Not my speed but thought I'd put it out there to this group as I know there are several of you who like the mid-'70's cars.
If you're interested, send me a message and I can likely get you a contact number so you can ask questions and maybe work a deal. I didn't take any pictures but the tires looked inflated. Looked a little rough - definitely not a cream puff - but from what I could see it looked original and not modified. I'm assuming it's got a 455, probably the original powertrain.

That is funny but there are Hurst Olds and then there are Olds Hearses. Big difference.

Not interested but definitely following. They're generally rotted beyond repair because of the Hurst vinyl top treatment. Maybe a V code? Pics would be awesome.

Nice find Acavagnaro.

A V code H/O at 1 of 380 can be worth a pretty penny and I bet it still runs like a top. After living her life in the right hands.
