I totally forgot all about it. On top of that my second oldest daughter's prom is tomorrow. I doubt I'll make it so if anyone attends, please take lots of pics. It's the 30th annual show and I have a flyer from the 1st one put on in 1981 when it was just Buick Olds and Pontiac not sure when they've added the Cadillac to the mix.

Haven't been since about 1998 or so. We used to ride down every year for it.

Last time we went we took a buddy's 72 Supreme that had just had polyurethane suspension bushings installed and that car about beat me to death going down I-85. It wasn't quite as bad as the trip I made to the NOPI Nationals with a neighbor kid in a Geo Storm with hydraulics (that one rattled my teeth) but convinced me the improvement in handling wasn't worth the deterioration in ride.

Re Geo: when we got back here I told Clint a hundred dollar bill wouldn't get me back in that Storm. Even though his folks paid for my trip down there so he'd have someone they trusted with him, twarn't wuth it!
