Another steel wheel question.

Here's a pic of what I thought was the mate to the 70 442 wheel.
Anyone know the application for this one?
From left to right: DOT 11 10 K-1-8 (valve stem) 15x6 XW

Ok

This one perhaps, anyone?

K1 B -valve stem- 12 A3
The B is lower right of the K1, and hard to read the 3, on offside blow me thinks.
