Aftermarket steering wheel

When I put my horn cap on it’s off center.
would it be the Horn contact or the cap itself?
I cannot just move it straight as Horn will not depress. So I’m thinking I need an Orig Horn contact?
Can someone please take a pic of the back of there cap.
i think they riveted it on crooked see pic

That little plastic thingy in the middle just sits in a slot, so all you have to do is grip the outer rim and then rotate the middle thingy.
