AC only blows out of floor vents

AC only blows out of floor vents
Maybe just a little coming out of the dash vents. Defrost comes out of the dash vents a bit but still mostly out of the floor vents.
It was fine last year. I looked around and no obvious signs of nesting. Thoughts?
