New show on ABC tonight ( Motive). Lady detective drives a 84 H/O. In the first show that was on Monday she let her son drag race the car against a mustang. If you have on demand TV check out the Monday show. It's just neat seeing an Oldsmobile on TV again even if the show isn't that good.

 

If they can keep from destroying any cars I am all for it.

But I wonder if they are already having 2nd thoughts .....

The car was seen quite a bit in the very 1st episode.

In the 2nd episode I think there was only a distant nose shot at the very beginning at the crime scene.

While the 1st episode it seems they tried to show the car at every chance they could ... the 2nd ep seems like they went out of their way to AVOID showing it.

And the "sweet ride" comment she gave when they were checking out the riced out red Honda didn't sit well with me.

I'd have gone with something sarcastic like :

"Gee nice wing ... compensating for something ?.

It's almost like the show got some bad feedback from a bunch of 16-25 y/o ricer boys or something.

They must have complained it wasn't a reality show & had some old boat in it.

FIX IT NOW OR ELSE US BAGGY PANT WEARING BRAH's WONT EVER WATCH IT AGAIN .....

AND ADVERTISERS WE BE UPSET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's why I won't watch the Fast And Furious movies. They glorify rice burners while destroying muscle cars. They won't get a cent out of me.
