Unhappy 73 Oldsmobile Delta 88 convertible. Few questions related with top.

First of all I would like to introduce myself. My name is Alexey and I'm from Russia. I'm owner of probably one in country Olds convertible, so it's not so easy to get answer at some special questions. Thank god we got Internet and now it's much easier to communicate.

Well let's go to questions. I've got some troubles with top. Last summer when I bought a car it was OK, and was not any issues with it. A few days ago I've checked the car after winter sleeping and found what top does not rise, it just goes down as usual and then do not rised. I've checked relay and at first look the cause was in it. I've tinkered relay and top rised once, then I've put it down to assembly rear seat. Then roof do not rised (( Only some clicking from motor. I've discovered a motor and found some rust in it

So, hope some one still reading this Seems I need a new motor and could anybody tell what parts are also need to be replaced in that case? What difference between Top Motor Gear Reduction Unit and Motor Gear Box?
It will be great if anybody could give original part numbers. Also I'll appreciate for any recommendations of sellers there I can buy all that stuff. I've serfing internet a lot and found some vendors, prices are equal so I do not know what difference between them.

Well thanks for reading, hope for answers and sorry for my English.
