'73 Delta 88 Convertible - Overheating

I've had my Delta 88 for two years now and have slowly replaced numerous hoses with newer ones. Other than head cover oil leaks I haven't had any issues with the car mechanically. I pulled over to talk with someone a few days ago and all of a sudden the car started smoking bad from under the hood. I drove a few blocks to my house and noticed the coolant overflow practically boiling over and shooting out of the relief hose on to the ground. Any suggestions?

In order of likelihood:

Thermostat stuck closed
Bad radiator cap
Sediment in the radiator
Collapsing lower hose due to missing or rusted support spring
Low coolant level
Bad fan clutch (if so equipped)
Incorrect timing
