73 cutlass supreme parts

Hello I'm new to the forum. I have been reading different topic for 3 years finally posted. I have a 70-73,cutlass supreme. I'm looking for header panel and left and right grille. Can anyone help. I bought the car wrecked in the front and the only salvageable thing was the bumper. Please help me.

How can I boost compression without a complete rebuild. I bought this block from a friend who had done a factory rebuild on it. It came out of a 68 delta 88 is all I know. Im just looking for one full point in compression so I can run a decent can. I bought a 750 holley rpm air gap 1 5/8 header 3 inch flow master. I want a rough idle can. This is something that will be street driven but driven very hard can anyone give me any info as to what can to run. I was looking at xe284 or magnum 280. Please help.

Welcome. The stock engine from a 1968 D88 would already have a 9.00:1 compression ratio if it was a 2bbl motor or a 10.25:1 CR if it was a 4bbl motor. How much higher do you want to go? Frankly, 9.00:1 isn't bad on today's gas, and if it's 10.25:1 already, you'll be running premium as it is.

I don't have the block to verify true casting numbers. But I started buying all the bolt on goodies. When my friend bought the motor this is what he claimed to have bought it out of then he went to rebuild it. He went with a different route so I bought the motor. Now awaiting delivery. So if it is true 9.1 or 10. Compression it opens the door for more to be had with it. But if it low compression I wanted to know what is a good can that has a little rough idle to work with low compression. Just in case if it is.
