I don't know if I'm saying this right,But when you push the washer button in its suppose to send a pulse ground to the solenoid which engages the wash cycle.when I touch a ground wire to the solenoid it engages telling me that the solenoid is good.What should I check for next put a new switch in thinking the old one was bad.

 

Make sure the tubing and screen are not clogged from the reservoir to the pump. Then make sure the washer tubes are not clogged from the pump to the windshield. If all is clear, then replace the pump on the bottom of the wiper motor assy.
