Im looking for a steering column for a 72 olds cutlass and i would prefer a tilt,I know a guy with one with a key, does 375.00 sounds reasonable or is that to much? Thanks in advance... Kevin.

 

I just sold one for $300.00 last week. It was not perfect & no key, but pretty nice. $375.00 is a lot of money, but if it's nice, not unreasonable.

 

I paid that for a fully restored one last year.
Having bought a tilt column I would say that they are overrated, unless you are large around the waist. I put mine in the center position and it has never moved.
The non tilt ones have fewer issues.
