72 Cutlass firewall help

Hi guys

I'm installing a triple gauge system on my 72 Cutlass 350. I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a good location for drilling a hole through the firewall. I'll need a hole around 3/4 inch to pass the nut on the water temp sensor through. Of coarse I'll use a grommet. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

I can't seem to find the location inside of the central located pass through hole that most other wires are coming through. I'm mounting the gauges under the radio, pretty much centered. I have AC too so that ties up a lot of space on the passenger side.
