71 convertible finish photo

Well, I have owned the car for about a year. Last Spring I went through the engine and some needed suspension parts. Drove it for about 2500 miles though out the summer of 09. Put it in the garage in the fall and started the body work. Paint in Feb and used March to polish and reassemble the car. It has been mild so I was able to drive it this past week. Although the glass packs sounded like a good idea but about 500 yeards up the road made me think differently. I replaced them this weekend with magnaflows and the car sounds great. As you all knew these projects are never realy "done" but this one is close enough to drive for the summer. I have a long list of project to keep me busy for the next few months. This forum has been valuable in my quest for answers and I appreciate all of the info I have found here, Here is a picture I took today.

Thanks
Kevin R

Looking good! Mine is a couple of weeks from being a "driver" and that's what it will be until it gets cold enough to put the top back up...

Beautiful Job!

Your baby really looks great. Have fun with it. I know you will never tire of tinkering and playing with it!

Have fun driving it - just in time for good weather.

We all know they are never done - there is always a speck of dirt in the wrong place....
