Hey guys wondering if this car was an late year 71 that got 72 bumpers and grills or
May be some one changed bumpers and grills? Did oldsmobile do it or was it the state that made them title it as 71? Puzzling for sure, any help or suggestions would be helpful.

 

Someone changed the parts, likely after an accident. GM did not mix and match body parts across years.
The VIN and cowl tag will tell you the exact year and build date.
