Was the rpm tach optional on the w-30 1970 or standard with the w-30 option?

Option U21- Rocket Rally Pac (i.e. tach & gauges) was an option for all 442's, cutlass, F85, and W machines in 1970. Vistas too.

Not standard equipment.
