70 Cutlass with Drum Brakes – Spindle Cotter Pin Dia/Length?

Can someone please tell me the Dia./length cotter pin for a 70 Cutlass with drum brakes?. Thought it might be a 1/8 Dia, length 1 ½”. Thanks

I think it will be more like 5/16 (.3125) dia. the length wouldn't matter you can just cut the length after installing but 1 1/2 length will work.

Just use the largest diameter that will fit in the hole, and a length that will allow enough to stick out the other end that you can securely bend over.
