70 cutlass

I have a 1970 cutlass how can you tell if the cutlass is a 442 The guy who I bought the car from said it had a 455 motor in it but it blow up and now it has a 350 in it is there any way to tell thanks

Check the vin. If 442, it will start with 344

ok I checked the vin it starts with 336

That is a cutlass, not 442
