I can't speak for these keychains but I did spring for the similarly-priced Tic-Toc-Tach watch. Suffice to say this is someone with a color laser printer just printing stuff. Quality is so-so.
I bought the Tic Tok Tach keychain at the Olds National meet last year.
When I got home I asked my wife and kids if any of them knew the significance. My wife knew immediately what it was (awesome woman!!) my son took a few minutes to make the connection, neither of my girls knew what it was. They will not receive a dime in my will. 😝
Not a speedo or a tach, but my brother got me this keychain for Christmas. Not sure where it came from but he said he did not realize until after he ordered it that it was shipped from Germany.
i got it at the Olds National meet last year, from a place that restores dash and consoles. I can’t remember who it was, they had lots of keychains like that.

Thanks. It's on bags. Ridetech shockwaves in the front. Bags with QA1 adjustable shocks in the back and the management system is Accuair E-level with their CVT 5 gallon tank.
In 1972 my dad started working for Groff Cadillac in Lancaster, PA as a mechanic. He was there until 1985 (dealer was bought/ name changed to Richard and then Kelly) when he left to go work at a Chevy dealer where he was shop foreman until 2012. Around the time my dad started at Groff, my grandfather had a 66 Toronado he was using as the company car for his used car dealership. When I saw this Groff Cadillac Oldsmobile keychain on eBay from the dealership my dad first started at, I had to grab it for my Toronado.
