Ok,does anybody have a 70 4 speed Muncie trans with the vin # located on the right/passenger side of the trans? What I have seen is the vin # is located on the left/drivers side of the trans. My 70 442 Conv. has the vin # on the right side beside the date code. My car was built in Linden,NJ and I'm wondering if it differed assembly plant to assembly plant. Just curiouis as to why the differences.
