6x9 speakers in a 68 442

Those of you who have installed a pair od aftermarket 6x9's did you have to do any cutting on the side that didn't originally have a speaker opening? Any detailed pictures of your installations? Thanks.

Yes I cut mine. Cant post pics right now but I figured since I'm covering it with the tray package it wont show.
