Your glass is not in place, so what you do is remove the whole regulator by removing the four 7/16 bolts, and carefully remove the regulator out of the hole and then BEFORE you remove the motor attaching bolts, drill a 1/4 inch hole through the mechanism and insert a bolt and nut because that counter balance spring will remove one or some of your fingers when you detach the motor. So look the assembly over to see where to put that bolt hole so that the thing will not fold up when the motor is removed. I don't see the regulators in your pics, I don't see glass on the right side. The regulator bolts to that inner sheet metal with four 7/16 bolts.
