According to my info and observations, the wood trim was standard issue on the '69 4-4-2. Cutlass and F85 models did not have it.

Standard on 442 and must have been available on Cutlass too. I bought a 69 Cutlass S 16 years ago and it was a elderly woman one owner car and it had the same rosewood trim on the dash.

Standard om 442 and Cutlass Supreme and optional on all other A-bodies.

I'm not mentioning Wild About Cars enough on this forum?

My 69 442 does not have the wood grain and I have seen others without it too. I suppose it's possible to remove the wood grain or swap out the whole dash then remove the 442 emblem on the glove box and glue it back on. Maybe an option delete. Anyone else have a 442 without wood grain?
