Has anyone seen a replacement vent that allows you to direct air toward the driver and passenger instead of just straight to the back seat?

 

Always thought that was a bad design in 68/69 but don't think there is much to do about it without cutting the dash. I've consdered making some sort of deflector you could just pop in or out of the vent while driving, may get more motivated as the weather heats up.
