68-70 Carb Internal PN's

What other carbs can donate that power piston spring you need?

Thanks for posting. That looks familiar. I don't have it in front of me right now, but I believe that table was published in one of the 1970 Service Guild monthly circulars.

So here is my question. In 1970 was the body of the carbs basically the same, and the only differences being the jets and rods? Or was there fundamental differences between carb bodies?

It could be 100% wrong but I was told that the only carb with any real differences were for W30 manual transmissions.

One thing I've always been curious about - did 4 BBL SX get an 0257 or an 0251?

The TQ and TP L31 engines installed in the SX both used the 7040251 Qjet. This info is from the 1970 Engine Assembly Manual.
