I have some extra and I believe it is exactly the same. Hopefully someone with a 68/69 will chime in. I know its hard to find good trim for those cars.

They are the same. The differences are between a Holiday Coupe/S/442 (the same) and the Supreme which is quite different, and located differently on the car.

There is 'S' /442 trim and Supreme trim which is similar to Vista Cruiser and there is Cutlass trim...So three trims, all on a different part of the wheel arch and '68 is the same as '69 ...

I'm sure it is for a Supreme as it came off a convertible - I'm not sure how good the ones I have are but I know I recently sold one and it was the worst of the 4 because they are so hard to find - I think all of them have extra screw holes in them as 68/69 for none to fall off easily with qtr/fdr rot.

'68 and '69 did not have a Supreme convert...only offered in an 'S' or 442... Supreme trim looks the very same as a Vista Cruiser, only shorter and without the woodgrain and the upper trim on top of the woodgrain...and had silver paint at the very bottom along the rocker panels below the trim from front to back...
