I am looking for a replacement switch or anyone who will rebuild my existing switch. I contacted Indak but they have not responded. The switch has 5 terminals on the back side. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Art

 

You may be able to buy a beat up head unit on the cheap and cannibalize the (hopefully) working fan switch. I looked high and low and never found a replacement switch by itself
