Anyone have a pic of the '67 W30 trans tag for the th400? A friend of mine bought one 15-20 yaers ago at Homecoming, unfortunately he passed away last fall, and his brother is cleaning out the garage and wants stuff gone. When he bought it, I thought at the time that it looked suspicious, the tag didn't look right. Any pics or other information to help in determining whether it is legit or not would be helpful. If I remember it should be "WOG" on the tag for a first year W30 auto. The std. 442 auto was "OG"

I found my 442 by the Numbers catalog, and it is WOG. On two letter tags on later trans. you would have a large "O" on the left side of the tag and a large "W" on the other side for example, but where is the "W" located on the '67 W30 tag? From what I recall of his trans tag, it looked like some had stamped the "W" into the tag, that's why I would like to see a pic of an original one to use for comparison.
