67 cowl tag help.
Hello. I had a couple questions on a cowl tag. Tag reads:
05E S
ST 67-33817 LAN27281 BODY
TR 987-C V-V PAINT
EX 2ER
4C 5VY
Per the search function, I have found some good resources here, and have figured the following.
05E (5th Week May, 67, which puts it @Memorial Day
67-33817 (1967 Hardtop Holiday Coupe)
LAN27281 (Lansing car, late-ish build, seems to match May)
TR 987-C (Champagne Interior) (and my first question)
V-V PAINT (Single color, Antique Pewter, top and bottom)
First Column EX (Soft-Ray Tinted Glass, Power Windows)
Second Column 2ER (A/C (the guide says either AC or vinyl, this has AC and no vinyl), Rear Seat Speaker)
Third Column (nothing, so no rear defroster, dash has no switch)
Fourth Column 4C (my second question)
Fifth Column 5VY (442 with Lansing built Deluxe Seatbelts)
And there's a note on this guide that C= Chrome window sill moldings under (to sort) at http://www.oldsmobility.com/oldsmo/v....php?f=12&t=18
So, per simply looking at the car, it is a 67 442 that is still painted antique pewter under the decklid. The one original seat part is champagne. It has AC and power windows that are soft-ray. It has the late automatic snorkel-less big air cleaner for late 67 Automatic cars.
It came to me with the rare hole in dash no radio option and a partially redone package tray, so who knows on the rear speaker. It has all the 442 goodies, and all are in project car, restorable condition, and the deluxe seatbelts. It does have window sill molding.
My questions are:
1. What does C mean in 987-C? There is another part of that guide that says white stripe is a C for 442 stripes, but it doesn't say where that is on the tag.
2. I assume the 4C means the window sill molding.
Thanks much for the help.

Thanks. It has the bench with armrest.
I wonder if the stripe came on all of them or if it was an option. I don't care for stripes all that much, and if I can't figure out which color it was or if it had one at all, oh well.
It's all there, just kind of patina'ed.
