I am looking at picking up this car for 10k. It is a decent survivor car with a repaint, lots of paperwork. bench seat car. has original gauge package. needs a good cleaning and paint buffing or new paint job. All original interior. I would like to resell car and opinion of a value. wish I had a few pics. gold color car with nice cream color vinyl top and interior. according to paper work motor has been rebuilt a couple of times, seems to run good. very little rust.
thanks for any help

Drive-able? Desert dry or Northeast junk? You should be ok at 10, desert dry, better at 8, even less with any Nothereast crust/rot... if its all there and very solid...no holes, no crusty frame, no billy bob wire harness butchering and Kmart chrome and all major components are present, accounted for and working. You could turn it over for a decent profit depending on how much you put into it. Keep in mind a 10K car will likely need another 15-20K+ to get to top dollar. Thats you doing the work. Do some home work on evilbay, craigslist etc...and see what they are going for. Pick up a current Hemmings classified rag too. These tools will give you a ball park. Hard to assess sight unseen. Pay attention to the front and rear cowls, floors, frame for rust and collision damage, trunk extensions and all the other usual cancer spots. Any found is a bargaining chip for you. Have you run the numbers yet?
This one was listed at $18.5k. A member here bought it. It was a nice, recently completed, driver quality restoration
