what color are the vents on the fender painted inside, my car is burgundy mist.My old ones were painted body color just inside chrome and on the back inside they were black like a hole was there hard to explain it.I looked at alot of videos on you tube and never saw one with body color in the vents.thanks

Black from the factory on my original 66... Also, purchased a set quite a few years ago from GM which were also black...

fusick ad says primed in flat black ready to paint intended body color. ???

They were black in flat/back area on a burgundy mist car and body color on the sloped area. On a black car,the flat/back area were silver and the sloped area was black. There may have been other colors that had the silver area but I can't remember for sure.

thanks 66-3x2 442 that is the way my original vent was painted and thats the way it is getting painted.
