This early style seatbelt buckle is rather hard to find.
from what I heard from the guy who restored them (Jesse Grooms Out of Pennsylvania,) Says that the blue and red version of these buckles crack very easily upon disassembly. I gave him two sets and he gave me back one.
I think I can find his number if you want it. He will restore belts and has a limited quantity of belts that he has acquired.
this picture shows his finished work. However, the originals were molded in a flat blue not this metallic that he refinished them with.
I was a little upset about the change from stock, but I do think they look very cool.
