I believe there was a thread on this car a short time ago. I think the conclusion from the experts was it appeared to be real. You might try the search function to see if you can find it.

 

same guy recently had a black one for sale locally,i had seen that one before he bought it but not this one.this red one is gorgeous.it says original rear end with 3.55s but i thought they came with 3.36 and the glove door looks like 65 to me.i know it's nitpicking but they did such an awesome job ,hard to believe they couldn't find a 64 glove door.

 

 

The general consensus is,the car is the real deal BUT,it's a Sports Coupe,not a Club Coupe.

Why do people spray spatter paint in the trunk?

 

to mimic the factory spatter.....and to hide flaws
