63 cutlass F85 convertible
Did I buy the hardest of all Oldsmobile's to get parts?
Why is it so hard to find parts for my 63 cutlass. No one even talks about this car in the forums.
It is the long lost child of the Oldsmobile family?

The 63 is a one year only body style for one thing, so yes parts are difficult to find. I'm lucky that my local yard has at least a dozen 61-63s to scavenge from. Very little in the way of reproduced parts available for these Y-bodys, I'm not sure if lf lack of repops or general scarcity of these cars that makes for the lack of interest with Olds collectors.... On the plus side, at car shows I have noticed that the 63 gets at least ten times more attention and questions then my 70 Cutlass convert. People really get a kick out of the little all aluminum V8. Plus the mileage is great compared to my big Cutlass!
Anybody can own a sharp 68 to 72, all it takes is money, Plenty of them for sale at all times, but a really nice 63 Cutlass is very hard to find!

Yes, Very limited in the reproduction for 61 to 63. I think that makes them even more fun... well, some times. What parts are you looking for? some people here have used parts for them. I know where some NOS parts are for them but not much.
