Does anybody know if there is a tool available to pull the drums off a 62 old star fire the studs are pinned over

 

The studs can be removed by grinding the "burrs" where they are staked to the drum with a die grinder.
And then pressing them out with an arbor press.

Otherwise, when servicing brakes pull the entire hub and drum assembly by removing the spindle nut.
