61 Starfire top switch and backup light question

61 Starfire top switch and backup light question
My convertible top switch has no power to it with a test light. I have no blown fuses and need to know where the power source is for power to the switch. Also where does the wiring harness for the backup lights originate???
I can't find any wiring that would go to the backup lights.
