I am rebuilding a 1953 olds deluxe 88 with a 303 2 barrel stick shift. I have it running and driving and have taken it to a local show near my house. It has the standard wheel with just a round cap for the horn. The problem is that when i take the horn cap off i found black tape wrapped around the cap to hold it in and keep it from honking. I can't find an exploded view so i will know what parts I am missing. Can anyone help with this problem?
