Probably not, deck height is different. You will probably run into interference problems.

 

Ask yourself: Would a header manufacturer design, tool up, and warehouse two different types of headers (for BBO and SBO) if one design fit both? As noted, the taller deck height is the difference. Of course, header manufacturers route their pipes differently, and some specific brands and models of SBO headers have been shown to fit BBOs without TOO much use of a BFH. As a general rule, no they do not.
