442 and Vista cruiser in new Driver game

If anyone is a fan of video games the new Driver San Francisco game has a 1970 442 and 1972 Vista cruiser in it. I played a few of the Driver series games and they are pretty cool and really put emphasis on the driving physics of the cars. If you ever wanted to take one of these cars out and really drive them but didn't want to take the risk of damaging them...this might be your oppurtunity...lol! The game comes out tomorrow officially I think.

Video of the 442 and Vista.

Back in the dial up days played Motor City Online was tons of fun running with muscle and vintage cars race tracks, street racing and drag strips.

Very neat game for sure.
Both cars appeared to have started out on San Fran's "Crooked St" and if so, getting above 30 would be totally unrealistic. Brought back memories from there though.

Did you notice that none of the peds never even glanced at the tire smoke shows?
The designer should have used the classic Olds logo, too.

So now I know how to drive my future Vista!!

Heh...I was wondering what little details they may have left out...lol. As far as the pedestrians go they have always ignored the car unless you are about to hit them and it's actually IMPOSSIBLE to hit them.

If you want to run peds over buy GTA IV. Hell you can even pick up hookers, have your way with them, pay them and then beat them up to get your money back.

Okay, that game wins, but only if they include a Vista Cruiser. You can get a LOT of hookers in there!

No Vista Cruiser in GTA...in fact they have no licensed cars so they are all just bad copies.

I just got this game and was going to start a new thread til I saw this one come up in Google.

Very cool game. Graphics are MINT.
Doesn't get much better if you ask me, and I've been gaming for decades now.
