3D printed no-holes fire extinguisher bracket

I made this bracket with my 3D printer. I have one in my Cutlass and just made one for my GTO. The fire extinguisher is a halon style unit and is large, so mounting it most anywhere else inside the cabin was impractical.

The top bracket slips into the factory channel bracket that holds the front of the rear seat in place. A bolt goes thru the bracket and holds it in place. No holes!

You can have the food replicator, I’m anxiously awaiting the Holodeck, complete with Grace Lee Whitney and Seven of Nine!

As a longtime Star Trek fanatic, one of my most prized possessions is a photo of me and Grace Lee Whitney while she signed my copy of her biography. I’m guessing she was probably 70 at the time, and still smoking hot!!

It depends on several factors, mostly by the type of filament and the amount of infill. For these brackets, I used PETG filament, which is the type of plastic that is used to make 2 liter pop bottles. Plus, it's infused with carbon fiber. I also used 75% infill. They're more than strong enough for this application.

I recently ran across a filament that is suitable for use in automotive applications, including some use under the hood. It is very strong and more heat resistant. I haven't tried it yet, though.

May I ask what that filament is and where I may get some? Any recommended bed and hot end temp settings?

The filament is called Apollo X. I inquired about using it under the hood, and they responded that they didn't recommend it. Here's a link:
