I went over to the engine tech section, and found cam specs only up to 1977. I want to "dial in" a factory stock cam in an '81 307. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Some questions:
1. Do these engines respond favorably to a 4* advance setting in regards to power output and fuel economy?
2. Is the 1986 hydraulic roller cam a better performing cam than the earlier flat tappet cam while maintaining good fuel economy?
3. Does the CompCams roller rocker system actually provide 15+ more horsepower over the stock factory setup?
