1983 Buick Lesabre Rain Water

Hello,
My wife has a 1983 Buick Lesabre Custom 5.0 4dr that her grandfather gave her before he passed away.

I have rainwater seeping down onto the flood board in the right front passenger seat area.
I'm thinking the water is coming from in between the windshield and the hood area?
I've double checked the door seals and sprayed water around the right front door and no leaks coming from the door.

Is there a drain in between the windshield and the hood that maybe clogged?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Best Regards
Adam

The cowl drains are plugged with leaves or dirt, so the water comes out the heater ducts instead.

I removed the AC duct cover and inspected the drains and there isn't anything clogging the drains.

I'm thinking the seal in between the ac duct cover and the frame wasn't sealed well.
The sealant is all cracked and brittle.

Any suggestions on a new strip seal? With just sealant or rtv or a new rubber seal

You were right I found the right side cowl drain clogged with rust and leaves!!

The clog was right by the set of 2 cables which go underneath the engine.

The stick was just to show where the clog was.
